All AACS therapists have confidential voicemail that is reached by calling 734.996.9111 and then entering the therapist's 3 digit number. If you need the extension of a specific therapist, please call the main number; a directory is available as one of the initial prompts.

Call (734)996-9111 ext 0 and follow the prompts; you will be connected to the Medical Receptionist and/or voicemail as needed.

 

Emergencies

If you are currently a client of AACS (or an employee or family member of an employee at one of our EAP companies) and you have is an emergency between 8 and 5 on a weekday, please call us at (734)996-9111 and press 0 to speak with the office staff. If it is after hours, a weekend, or a holiday, please contact the AACS answering service at (734) 337-2116.
