A Note About Copays

Please note that copays and/or deductibles are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card as well as the address of your Primary Care Physician (needed to bill most insurances) to your initial appointment.

Self Pay

If you do not have insurance, or do not want to use your insurance, self-pay options are also available. Costs range from $115 to $190 per hour, with initial appointments costing more than return visits. Sliding scales are occassionally available; if not, we can help you find services in the area with a sliding scale.

Payment

Payment (including copays) is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
